Toronto could be good enough to finish second in another division. That is to say, there&#039;s no way Baltimore won&#039;t finish in the basement. No one is close to them in runs allowed per game. Why would that change? I can&#039;t think of too many surer locks: Nationals finish last, Padres?</description>
